Final pricing may vary following a detailed site survey if site conditions, measurements, or requirements differ materially from the information provided at the quotation stage. Any variations will be communicated and agreed in writing before work commences.

Our fitted furniture design, supply, and installation services are governed by a separate written contract issued to each client. These Terms of Service relate to website use only. Specific terms covering payment schedules, lead times, warranties, and cancellation rights are set out in that contract.

As a consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to services that are carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in our terms affects those rights.
